MORTGAGE CURTAILMENT requires 512K memory, a high density floppy
disk or a hard disk. It will compare mortgages, but it cannot handle
reduction strategies on 360K floppy disks.

possible to save as much as the face amount of the mortgage on a 30 year
mortgage.
